Meeting room and audiovisual technology were becoming increasingly
more popular and a great way to cut down on non-essential travel
between the different offices.
What was originally in place had been done internally using off the shelf components that were seen to be messy, clunky, and resulted in a lot of downtime and confusion for users.
When Albert Goodman relocated the headquarters to Blackbrook Business Park in Taunton it was a great opportunity to implement change and to have fit for purpose meeting room technology facilities installed across all offices to reflect a professional, well established and growing company
At the start of the process, we engaged with the management team to
get a feeling of what looked good to them and what they were looking
Once we had established the needs of the customer, we were then able to discuss the outcomes and
how we would be able to achieve this.
All meeting rooms are now equipped with wireless presentation facilities to avoid cable clutter and makes presenting in the meeting room easy for internal staff and guests.
We have installed zoom room video conferencing for improved collaboration across offices and with customers. A zoom room booking system outside each of the meeting rooms displaying when the meeting room is free to ensure meeting room occupancy is maximised across the company.
They have embraced video conferencing and are using it daily with ease.
Praestantia were upfront, clear and concise
They have now revolutionised the way that they hold video conferencing across the business.
It is now seen as a tool to enable communication without having any wasted time travelling
between offices and it is something even more relevant with a shift to a more remote working
environment to support the organisations new ways of working.
Praestantia was careful to understand our needs requirements and lead us seamlessly through the whole project
